Join Andrea Lisette Villiere, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner at The Lotus Center for the Sound Bath experience! Friday, February 2nd @ 6pm to 7:30pm Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan, Alchemy and quartz crystal singing bowls! Let the sounds transport you on a magical journey! Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience – it’s like receiving a full body sound massage. The healing harmonics work to realign your entire system, it’s like nutrition for the nervous system! A restorative bath of sound. Details: Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor, or sitting in a gravity chair for over an hour. Please be sure to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask and a yoga mat, if you have one. A camping pad, or Thermarest is also nice for added comfort. There will be 20 mats and blankets on site, they are first come, first serve.
